Education, training and employment in the community

No Limits Project

We're working with SOFEA Didcot to deliver the ‘No Limits’ project in support of Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership's (LEP) ambitious Social Contract programme, offering a comprehensive programme of support to help address the legacy impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Working from community settings across Oxfordshire, our support is person-centred and focused on supporting people who have been at risk of being held back by the detrimental effects of the pandemic and the cost of living crisis, closely tied in with Oxfordshire community food larders across the county.

The support we offer includes:

  • Providing access to digital devices and digital skills development
  • Intensive employment development support
  • Support with job applications, CVs and interviews
  • Support with paying for travel to work or training
  • Widening access to employment opportunities in key sectors with local employers
