Annual social impact report Aspire's Social Impact in 2018-19 2018-19 was a year of unprecedented growth for Aspire. We supported 2,163 vulnerable people - an increase of 46% in demand for our services from the year before. Our vital work enabled us to tackle homelessness, re-offending and poverty across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We worked with hundreds of people who were homeless, in recovery from addiction, ex-offenders or those living in poverty to build their skills, work experience and confidence to change their lives, for good.
