Unlocking Potential

The Unlocking Potential project is being delivered by Aspire and BYHP (Banbury Young Homeless Project), significantly experienced community partners across Oxfordshire with a strong track record of reaching, engaging and empowering young people NEET (not in education, employment or training for 6+ months) towards, into and during employment, training and education. Oxford City Council is the Lead Organisation and brings its compliance and governance expertise to support and enable the project partnership.

Unlocking Potential is part of the Building Better Opportunities programme. The National Lottery Community Fund is matching funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to invest in local projects tackling the root causes of poverty, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth.
