Help and support Employment support Skills support for the unemployed (SSU) Skills Support for the Unemployed (SSU) Aspire is pleased to be able to support short, medium- and long-term unemployed individuals across Oxfordshire to access employability skills courses. About the courses Employability skills courses are available to the unemployed to up-skill them and provide new areas of development.
