Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of the Oxford City based homelessness prevention and employment support charity, Aspire Oxfordshire. Aspire empowers people facing homelessness, poverty and disadvantage to find dignified employment and secure housing. Paul is also a co-founder of the Oxfordshire Homeless Movement, a Director of Makespace Oxford (Community Interest Company), a Director of the Oxfordshire Social Entrepreneurship Partnership (OSEP CIC), and was a founding Trustee of ‘Flo’s the Place in the Park’ (a charitable Community Benefit Society).

Prior to joining Aspire in 2013, Paul was a British Diplomat. Paul previously volunteered at Asylum Welcome in Oxford and as a Generalist Adviser for Citizens Advice. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
