Inclusivity & Diversity Events

Aspire organises an annual Employers' Conference focused on supporting businesses to be more inclusive in their recruitment. This conference is the first of its kind in Oxfordshire and attracts high profile businesses including Pret a Manger, Oxford University colleges and John Lewis. This has signalled a major step change in how local employers approach their recruitment.

We also run free Inclusive Recruitment workshops to support employers in improving their recruitment practices and introduce diverse talent to the workforce - from entry level to senior management. Here, we address the issues of skills gaps, staff retention and staff shortages, whilst promoting a more inclusive economy. In total, to date we have worked with over 140 employers to help them with their inclusive recruitment practices, opening up a whole new range of employment opportunities for our clients.
