Aspire Oxford has been commissioned by Oxford County Council to support care providers across Oxfordshire with their recruitment needs. Hire2inspire will be working closely with both employers and candidates to match appropriately, ensuring we meet your career aspirations.   

There are a variety of different roles available, and hours are flexible to fit around you. You do not necessarily need specific qualifications as training will be provided, what is most important is having the right values, behaviours and attitudes to work with those who need care and support.

Those working in the care sector need to show dignity and respect, be warm and empathetic, be able to work as part of a team and be committed to providing high quality support. You will also need a good standard of English, numeracy and digital skills, and attention to detail.

Adult Social Care Workshops

We're holding informational sessions about the Adult Social Care sector which include details about the type of roles you could do, the work settings, myth busting, who you could be supporting, the importance of having the right values, the types of questions you may be asked at interview and what we, at Aspire, can do for you! The sessions will also include an activity to help you explore your understanding and experience of care that you could show to an employer.
