HR Officer (Part-Time)

We are looking to recruit an HR Officer on a part-time basis, to support our sustainable growth and to help meet our HR compliance and governance needs and responsibilities. 

Reporting to the Head of Finance & HR - and by engaging with an externally appointed HR service provider - the HR Officer will provide a high quality HR service to all Aspire employees, support line managers to meet their people management responsibilities and work with the Head of Finance and HR on a range of strategic HR activity and policy work.

Volunteer drivers: Community Transport

Our Community Transport service is a lifeline in supporting isolated elderly people to be able to go out on shopping and social trips. Without this service, 58% of our customers would not be able to leave their homes. We are looking for volunteer drivers to help run this vital service. D1 Licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
