Kevin Ball Expand Kevin is a Human Resources professional with worldwide experience gained across a broad range of sectors and he currently leads global Talent Management for a US software firm. He is a qualified coach, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development and holds an MBA from the Business School at the University of Bath.
Catherine Rowe Expand Catherine has over 20 years’ business experience, working within the private retail and K-12 education sectors. As a senior marketer she brings a wealth of experience in shaping and executing marketing strategies, as well as developing customer propositions and experiences. This is Catherine's first charitable position, joining Aspire’s trading company Board in December 2019. She is passionate about being able to share her expertise to enable Aspire to help even more vulnerable individuals.
Paul Roberts Expand Paul is a Director of Aspire’s trading company as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire, reporting directly to the Charity’s board of trustees. Paul joined Aspire in 2012 and has been at the forefront of significant organisational growth. He is also co-Chair of Oxfordshire’s multi-agency Housing & Homelessness Group, a co-founder of the Oxford Homeless Movement, a Director of Makespace Oxford (Community Interest Company), a Director of the Oxfordshire Social Entrepreneurship Partnership (OSEP CIC), and a Trustee of ‘Flo’s the Place in the Park’ (a charitable Community Benefit Society). Prior to joining Aspire, Paul was a British Diplomat for six years. Paul previously volunteered at Asylum Welcome in Oxford and as a Generalist Adviser for the Citizens’ Advice Bureau. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
